The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be joining an experienced team, working on a varied and interesting caseload across all aspects of commercial property. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in a high-quality environment, where you will deal with a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and development work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
• Advising clients on a range of commercial property matters, ensuring they receive comprehensive and commercially sound advice.
• Acting for clients across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, industrial, and investment.
• Drafting and negotiating key documents such as contracts, leases, and development agreements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Working collaboratively with other departments and fee earners on larger, cross-disciplinary matters.
• Keeping up-to-date with developments in commercial property law and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor in Commercial Property.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling commercial property transactions.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A proactive and organised approach, with attention to detail and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work well within a team while also handling matters independently when required.
