Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research:
Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents.
Summarise findings and prepare detailed reports.
Document Preparation and Review:
Prepare and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Draft correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients, courts, and other parties.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update case management systems and legal databases.
Coordinate attorney schedules, court filings, and client meetings.
Handle correspondence and follow-ups with opposing counsel, clients, and court officials.
Court Filings and Compliance:
File legal documents with courts and government agencies, ensuring compliance with filing requirements and deadlines.
Stay updated on court procedural rules and changes.
Client Interaction:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering procedural questions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.
